Notes - saw a record of a $1.5-million payment from the Coast Guard to the EJE as government share of funds to retrofit a bridge that is considered to be a navigation hazard. Funds were in FY2005. In the fall of 2004, this bridge was rated as the most accident-prone bridge is the US with 170 collisions between 1992 and 2001.
