| Introduction |
The west metro area of Minneapolis features seven different rotations
of streets named in alphabetical order. This is the second sequence
of streets in alphabetical order heading towards the west, running
from Abbott Avenue to Zarthan Avenue.
The best place to see this sequence of streets is to head north on Xerxes Avenue from the MN-62 Crosstown Freeway, then turn left to head west on 39th Street. You will cross streets A to U as you head west on 39th, then merging onto 40th and 41st. At that point, you run into the MN-100 freeway soundwalls. You can cross under MN-100 at 44th Street, then jog back north to 42nd Steet to finish off V through Z. |
