B-17G Yankee Doodle II on display at the 8th Air Force Museum near Barksdale AFB on the east side of Shreveport, Louisiana. The museum is located on the active air base, but visitor passes are available at the nearest gate (depending on threat level). In fact, on the morning of 9/11, Barksdale AFB is where they took President Bush to stash him away in an underground bunker.
