This very attractive structure was built as a tourist attraction and to connect downtown Davenport to the riverfront casino district. While no one argues how intersting it looks, many see the project has a huge financial boondoggle.

The walkway is suspended from four sets of towers and two elevator structures. The roof is connected to the suspension cables, and the walkway is supported from the roof. The structure crosses a parking ramp, a 4 lane highway (US-61/US-67), a casino parking lot, and a railroad track.
